Setting: M96 bus, eastbound. A woman is boarding and talking to a friend on the phone.

Woman on the phone: Yeah, and you know how he is...he really gets on my nerves. So the other day, le dije que...I just cussed him out. Y tú sabes que it was a bad idea, (lights dim) but sometimes it's necessary with him, you know?
